Partners Certification

Your Relationship with MMP Worldwide

Your participation in the Partnership Certification Program (the "Program") is governed by this legal agreement between you ("You" or "Your") and MMP Worldwide, whose principal place of business is at: Sampoerna Strategic Square, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman No.45 - 46 3, RT.3/RW.4, Karet Semanggi, Kecamatan Setiabudi, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12930

1. The Program includes access to:
   - Training and educational materials, including tests to validate knowledge.
   - Sales and marketing resources.
   - Promotional offers and benefits as determined by MMP Worldwide.
   - Access to an informative website about MMP Worldwide and its products.
   Together, these elements form the MMP Worldwide Partnership Certification Program ("Certification Program").
   By registering for or participating in the Program, You agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"), which may be updated periodically.

1. Eligibility and Registration
   1.1 To participate, You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date registration information.
   1.2 You represent that You are registering on behalf of a company or business entity ("Your Business") and not for personal use.
   1.3 Participants subject to export controls or sanctions are not eligible.
2. Use of the Certification Program
   2.1 Access to the Certification Program is at MMP Worldwide's sole discretion.
   2.2 You agree to use the Certification Program in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-corruption regulations like the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (1977) and the UK Bribery Act (2010).
3. Confidentiality
   3.1 "Confidential Information" includes all proprietary information shared during the Program unless publicly known or independently developed.
   3.2 You must not disclose Confidential Information, except to authorized employees or agents bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. Intellectual Property
   4.1 You retain ownership of content submitted to the Certification Program but grant MMP a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify it for the Program's operation and improvement.
   4.2 Use of MMP Worldwide's trademarks, logos, and branding is limited to guidelines provided by MMP Worldwide.
5. Certification Requirements and Benefits
   5.1 Certification requires completion of assigned training and tests. Additional benefits, such as badges or promotional offers, may be granted at MMP Worldwide’s discretion.
   5.2 Failure to meet ongoing standards may result in revocation of Certification benefits.
6. Termination
   6.1 You may terminate participation by ceasing to use the Certification Program.
   6.2 MMP Worldwide may terminate your access at any time, with notice, for breach of Terms, non-compliance, or other reasons.
7. Limitations of Liability
   7.1 MMP Worldwide is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Certification Program.
8. Miscellaneous
   8.1 MMP Worldwide may modify these Terms at any time by updating its website or sending notice. Continued participation implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
   8.2 This agreement does not establish any agency, partnership, or joint venture.
   8.3 Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Indonesia
